Welcome to West Virgina Web!  I started this site to help show off our beautiful state.  I will be publishing photos, stories, news, history, events, and much more.

If you have an event or story you would like for us to publish, use the Contact form to send us your piece.  We will consider all submissions, however we cannot promise everything will be published.  News and current events will always take precedence over history and stories.  We will hold on to these submission to publish at a later date.

If you submit an already written story for publishing, you will receive credit on out site for your work.

Are you interested in visiting a museum? Well Heritage Museum might be just what you’ve been looking for.  Located in Huntington, West Virginia this classic museum is a great guide to bring you back to the days when there were only one room school houses, blacksmith shops, country stores, and log homes. This is a perfect place for you to experience and learn how life was in the past; this is a great trip for students, pupils and families.

Another entertaining place to visit in Davis, West Virginia is the Capital Music Hall. This place is full of entertainment.

Let’s say you wanted to visit a local park, Blackwater Falls State Park would be a nice place to visit. The park is named after the Blackwater River which is one the most photographed falls in West Virginia. There’s a boardwalk, about several lodging areas and is a very great camping spot as well. Harpers Ferry National Park would be a fascinating place to visit with their breathtaking tours this would be an experience that you will remember.

The Children’s Theater of Charleston is performing arts for both parents and their children that are promoted by the theater.  This is another local attraction that will be interesting to visit.

Cress Creak is a local country club that can give you that relaxing, silence feeling atmosphere, a beautiful area to visit.
